CANCELLATIONS
The Nail Spa has a 24h Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment, please call us xxx-xxx-xxx or do so ONLINE via our Phorest Booking Site. Please note we DO NOT accept cancellation via texts, voicemail and contact form enquires
If your appointment is changed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to require a cancellation fee of 50%.
For cancellation with 1 hour notice or less and No Show, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 100"% of the total appointment value.

We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails after you leave the salon.
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating that have been applied. No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
